Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on xyprasport.com by consumers residing in the European Union.
Products
XYPRA sells premium padel rackets made in Europe (MODUS and IMPERIA models). Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Orders and payment
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. Accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Payment is due at the time of ordering and processed securely via Shopify and PayPal.
Delivery
Delivery is free throughout the European Union. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. For details on delivery times and carriers, please consult our Shipping Policy.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason. For further details, please consult our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Legal guarantees
Your purchases are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
Mediation
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably after sending us a written complaint dated less than one year prior, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator selected by XYPRA: SAS MÉDIATION CONSOMMATION DÉVELOPPEMENT.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
