Right of withdrawal
Items must be unused, unplayed, in original condition, with original packaging. Any item showing signs of use on the court cannot be accepted for return.
Return process
To submit a return or cancellation request, log in to your "My account" area and access your order. You can also contact us at hello@xyprasport.com with your order number and reason for return.

For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid label after your request has been validated.
Return shipping
- Free for defective or damaged items - a prepaid label will be provided after validation
- Free for all returns. A prepaid return label will be provided after validation of your request.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection, and issued to the original payment method.
Defective items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at hello@xyprasport.com with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and, upon receipt and inspection of the item, issue a replacement or full refund at our expense.
Non-returnable items
Items showing signs of use or traces of use on the court, missing original packaging, purchased more than 14 days ago, or damaged due to misuse.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. Please return your item and place a new order, or contact us to discuss options.
