Right of withdrawal
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unplayed, in their original condition, with original packaging.
Return process
To submit a return or cancellation request, log in to your "My account" area and access your order. You can also contact us at hello@xyprasport.com with your order number and reason for return.

For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid label after your request has been validated.
Return shipping costs
- Free for defective or damaged items - a prepaid label will be provided after validation
- At the customer's expense for change-of-mind returns (EU right of withdrawal) - the customer arranges and pays for return shipping of their choice.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection, and issued to the original payment method.
Defective items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at hello@xyprasport.com with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and, upon receipt and inspection of the item, issue a replacement or full refund at our expense.
Non-returnable items
Items showing signs of use, missing original packaging, purchased more than 14 days ago, or damaged due to misuse.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. Please return your item and place a new order, or contact us to discuss options.
