Shipping policy

Delivery zone

We deliver throughout the European Union. Delivery is free on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, your order is delivered within 1 to 7 business days depending on your country of destination. These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your parcel in real time.

Carriers

In France: Your orders are shipped via Chronopost, with home delivery or pickup point options.

In Europe: Pickup point deliveries are handled by Chronopost. Home deliveries are handled by UPS.

In the event of a delay, damaged parcel or non-receipt, please contact us at hello@xyprasport.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. XYPRA cannot be held responsible for undeliverable parcels due to an incorrect address.
